As the landscape of higher education continues to change, admissions and recruitment remain a key touchpoint for prospective and incoming students.

For the 2024 recruitment cycle, NKU focused on two new initiatives:

1. Direct Admit: high school seniors who have a current unweighted GPA of 2.75 or higher can be directly admitted into NKU—no application, no essay and no fees.

2. 3-States, 1 Rate: a tuition model for new undergraduate students from Kentucky, Ohio, and Indiana will qualify for in-state tuition regardless of county of residence within those states.
